Before founding Luxor, Marina Kote worked in structural engineering, construction project management and owner’s representation. She understands how much goes into a building, and how much depends on keeping it at its best.
She built Luxor through direct relationships with property managers and a belief that the details deserve attention. Today, that same personal approach informs how we care for lobbies, common areas, amenity spaces and professional offices across Manhattan.
